Abstract Submission Guidelines
1. Kindly submit your abstract in MS Word format or PDF format in portrait layout.
2. The Title of the abstract should be brief which should clearly indicate the content of the presentation
3. The number of words in the abstract should be limited Up to 250 words and biography should be written up to 100 words.
4. An acknowledgement mail will be sent to you within 48 hours upon receiving the abstract. Ensure to check your email frequently for further communications.
5. Abstract will be reviewed by the committee and you will receive an e-mail notification within 3 working of abstract submission.
6. All the abstracts must be submitted before the abstract submission deadline.
7. If you are unable to submit the abstract online, you can send us the abstract to Conference Email ID.
8. Please refer to our sample abstract template available below the submission form for the sake of your convenience.
9. Please note that no more than two submissions will be allowed per presenter due to possible program limitations.

Oral Presentation Guidelines:
The meeting room is equipped with digital projector, screen & laptop, and we encourage speakers to submit the slides 5 days prior to the event. However, you can use your own laptops for the presentation and/or demonstration under unavoidable conditions. Please let us know if you need any other special requirements or software’s to be installed in the podium laptop.

Poster Guidelines:
Reasons you should present your research poster at this conference:

1.Your poster will be seen by our international delegation, representing leaders from top academic and government institutions
2. Your poster abstract will be published in our conference materials

Poster Panel Size:
Poster boards (1 meter x 1 meter) with poster numbers and pasting materials will be provided to each presenter. We encourage you to paste the posters 1 hour prior to the start time of poster sessions as per the final program.

Certification:
All the attendees will be provided with delegate certification signed by the organizing committee member. Name and affiliation on the certificates will be printed on certificates as per our records, for any changes or requests regarding the certification— please contact us before one month of the conference.
